    Thank you Lolly, follow you on Twitter, always inspired by you. Wonderful to hear you and talk about the importance of creating relationships that promote self autonomy that leads to self innovation, and happier passionate workers. I do get alongside people I have the privilege to help, and open an area , relationally, where they can feel relaxed, uninhibited, to think clearly and have space to also wind down and actually laugh. Also Stephen, Great blog set up and love your interview style, warm and to the point. Felt connected.
